About Us
AriHana Kyoto is a family-friendly indoor play space in Kyoto where families and children can experience traditional Japanese culture through hands-on play.
In a Japanese-style house, guests can freely enjoy traditional Japanese games such as Kendama and Origami in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
We have prepared a variety of popular traditional toys and games so that both children and adults can enjoy discovering their favorite ways to play together.
We hope that your experience here becomes a warm and memorable part of your time in Kyoto, where you can say, “We had a wonderful time in Kyoto.”

What you can experience
You can freely experience a number of traditional games such as Kendama, Origami, Daruma-drop, and so on. And, since we have prepared simple Japanese clothes, please enjoy playing and taking pictures while wearing simple kimonos or happi coats.
Free drinks (self-service) will also be provided. Please take off your shoes, unload your luggage, and heal your travel-weary body in the Japanese atmosphere. As a friendly place for mothers and fathers with babies, a nursing room and diaper changing area are also available.
Optional menu items include making toys and fans, allowing you to create your own one-of-a-kind original work of art. How about a Japanese souvenir?
