🎎 A Fun Family Visit from Germany at AriHana Kyoto! 🇩🇪👨‍👩‍👧

category information

Yesterday, a lovely family from Germany visited AriHana Kyoto, our cozy indoor play space near Kiyomizu-dera and Sanjusangendo temples. Their cheerful daughter filled the room with laughter as she enjoyed every traditional Japanese game—from daruma otoshi and kendama to fukuwarai. Watching her parents join in made her laugh even harder, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere throughout our space.

At AriHana Kyoto, we offer hands-on Japanese cultural experiences for families and kids—perfect for rainy days or hot afternoons in Kyoto. Popular activities include origami, traditional games, and our unique calligraphy fan (uchiwa) workshop. In this experience, guests can translate their name into Japanese kanji and design their own original fan to take home as a special souvenir. No reservation needed!
