Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming guests from Beijing, China, to our store. They were looking for a fun place for their child to play, and they ended up experiencing many traditional Japanese activities together. The 7-year-old boy was especially talented at origami, quickly folding paper into intricate designs by following a book. Whenever he encountered a challenge, he confidently asked the owner for help, and by the end of their visit, he had completed many beautiful origami pieces.

The mother also had a fantastic time trying her hand at traditional Japanese games, like kendama and fukuwarai, and she truly enjoyed the experience. She expressed how much fun they were having, saying, “This place is so much fun! We’ll definitely come back.”

I was so happy to hear their praise and to see them enjoy themselves so much.

Whether you’re visiting Kyoto on a rainy day or a cold day, if you’re looking for a fun cultural experience, be sure to visit us at AriHana Kyoto. No reservations are needed!
