Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome a lovely family visiting from London to AriHana Kyoto!
At first, their little girl was a bit shy, but once she started exploring traditional Japanese play, she quickly opened up and had so much fun. She tried origami, calligraphy, and enjoyed classic Japanese toys like kendama and daruma otoshi. When it was time to leave, she said, “I still want to play…” and gave us the biggest smile and wave as she walked out.
Their 3-month-old baby was also all smiles, relaxing comfortably on our soft tatami space. It was such a heartwarming visit.
