Yesterday, we welcomed wonderful families visiting from Israel and Singapore. With a wide variety of traditional Japanese toys, children can easily discover their favorite play activities here. One family especially enjoyed the classic Japanese card game “Bōzu Mekuri,” and the room was filled with laughter. (Amy joined the fun as well!)
Their 1 year and 10-month-old little boy loved cars, and he happily took home an origami car he watched us fold.
AriHana Kyoto is a Japanese cultural experience center located near Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Sanjūsangendō. As an indoor playground and cultural space, it’s perfect for Kyoto sightseeing on rainy or cold days. Families can enjoy a safe and relaxing environment for children’s play, family travel memories, origami workshops, calligraphy experiences, and more.
No reservation is required, but bookings are available if you prefer.
