Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming lovely families visiting from the UK and South Korea. We are always so happy to see guests from around the world enjoying their time with us here in Kyoto.
The 2-year-old girl loved Japanese picture books and happily read several during her visit. Her absolute favorite was the popular “Daruma-san” series, and she was delighted as she repeated “Daruma-san ga…” with a big smile.
The 5-year-old girl was very good at origami and enjoyed making beautiful creations. She also tried many traditional Japanese toys, and there was hardly enough time to experience everything! It was wonderful to see her having so much fun together with her father.
