A Fun Cultural Experience for Families Visiting Kyoto!

2025.10.20
category customer's opinions

Yesterday, we welcomed a lovely family from California to AriHana Kyoto, our indoor play space located near Kiyomizu Temple and Sanjusangendo.

The little boy absolutely loved dinosaurs and was thrilled to fold an origami dinosaur—his big smile said it all! Meanwhile, his mom and grandmother had a great time laughing and trying kendama, a traditional Japanese toy. It was a joy to see three generations enjoying Japanese cultural activities together.

At AriHana Kyoto, we offer a variety of hands-on experiences for families, including origami, kendama, calligraphy, and more. It’s a great spot for a rainy day in Kyoto, a break during sightseeing, or simply a fun and educational activity for kids in Kyoto.

📍 No reservations needed – just stop by during your family trip to Kyoto!
