Recently, we’ve been delighted to welcome many guests from Switzerland and the United States to AriHana Kyoto.
Families visiting with children have been enjoying a wide variety of traditional Japanese games together. Some guests even came as three generations—grandparents, parents, and children—hoping to introduce authentic Japanese toys and culture to the younger generation. One family shared how much they loved playing kendama, while their child showed great skill in origami. Even the adults got fully engaged in games like “Bozu Mekuri,” creating lots of laughter and unforgettable moments.
Other families explored classic games such as Fukuwarai and Daruma Otoshi, experiencing the charm of Japanese traditional play. We were especially happy to receive a wonderful review from our Swiss guests, who mentioned that the wide selection of traditional Japanese toys was enjoyable not only for children but for adults as well, and that AriHana Kyoto is definitely worth visiting.
Thank you so much for your kind words and support.
