This week, we were delighted to welcome many families from around the world to AriHana Kyoto. Guests visited us from Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Poland, Australia, and more. It has been a wonderful opportunity to connect with people from different cultures and share joyful moments together in Kyoto.
Among our popular activities this week were origami workshops and Japanese calligraphy experiences. Many guests tried calligraphy for the first time, carefully writing their names in kanji using traditional brushes. Each piece was beautifully finished on a decorative fan, creating a unique and memorable souvenir from Kyoto. Some guests also chose to write the word “peace,” expressing their hopes for a peaceful world.
AriHana Kyoto was created to offer travelers a special place to make meaningful memories during their visit to Kyoto, Japan. While the world can sometimes feel uncertain, we hope that the time spent here becomes a moment of happiness, connection, and smiles for everyone. We truly wish for peace around the world.
