Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming an adorable family visiting Kyoto from Canada. The three sisters, ages 4, 2, and 0, were full of smiles from the moment they arrived and happily explored many traditional Japanese toys and activities throughout their visit.
They especially enjoyed origami, our Japanese hiragana wooden blocks, and colorful kaleidoscopes. When it was time to leave, one of the girls said, “I want to stay here longer!” — which made us very happy. It was a relaxing and joyful time for the whole family.
