Recently at AriHana Kyoto, we welcomed a wonderful family visiting from the United States.
Their son, a big fan of ninjas, tried origami for the first time and successfully folded a ninja design—quite impressive for a beginner! He also loved our traditional paper sumo game and played it over and over with his dad.
At AriHana Kyoto, you’ll find a wide variety of traditional Japanese toys and fun activities for children. Our indoor play space is conveniently located near Kiyomizu-dera and Sanjusangen-do, making it a great spot for Kyoto sightseeing with kids, especially on rainy or cold days.
We offer family-friendly activities, including origami experiences, calligraphy experiences, and many memorable things to do during a family trip to Kyoto.
No reservation is needed, though booking is available if preferred.
We look forward to welcoming you soon!
